⅓	cup	Sherry vinegar
½	cup	Olive Oil
1	tsp	salt
1	ea	Garlic clove
2	tsp	Dried oregano
½	tsp	Pepper

Cook
1. Mince garlic fine
2. Combine vinegar, oil, garlic and spices and shake well to emulsify.
