Red Taco Sauce

Street taco sized corn tortillas
Prep
Dice Pork into small pieces
Add spice blend and half the taco sauce and toss to coat
Set aside to marinate for a bit
Rough chop Cilantro
Dice onion.
Set aside 3/4 cup for filling, mix remainder with cilantro for garnish
Julienne apple and squeeze half the lime over them (toss to coat)
Filling
Cook pork pieces for 4 to 6 minutes until done.
Remove from pan.
Add ¾ cup of onions and cook until soft
Add beans and cook until soft
Add back the meat and stir to combine
Serve
Heat tortillas and serve warm with remaining ingredients.
