Prep
Wash, trim and cut green beans into bite sized pieces
Dice the tomatoes into 1 inch pieces
Mince the garlic
Mince the parsley
Mash the white beans and add chili flakes and enough water to loosen slightly
Cook
Bring 1 inch of heavily salted water to a boil.
Add green beans and simmer for 5 minutes
Drain green beans.
Add garlic and a little oil to a pan and cook for a minute
Add green beans and tomatoes and cook until tomatoes soften
Add bean puree and cook until slightly thickened and coating the green beans.
