Basalmic vinegar

Prep
Preheat oven to 400° F
Shred Kale
Peel orange, separate into segments and cut into bite sized pieces
Cut turnip into bite sized, quarter inch thick slices
Cook
Bake turnips 10 to 12 minutes until soft and browned
Make dressing with vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and a little orange juice (crush some of the segments)
Combine kale, turnips, orange, and pepitas and toss in dressing
