Tzatziki Sauce
Prep
Slice tomatoes in half
Cut Cucumber in half and slice into thin rounds
Cut red onion into very thin strips
Pull mint leaves off stems and roughly chop
Combine
Add tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and mint to a bowel.
Season with salt and pepper.
Stir to break up the onions and distribute.
Add tsatziki sauce and stir to coat.
Marinate
Let stand for a while to marinate.
