Tzatziki Sauce

4 cups

2 cup English cucumber (about 3/4 of a whole)
1 tsp Kosher salt
5 clove Garlic
1 tsp White Vinegar
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
2 cup Greek Yogurt
½ tsp Black Pepper
  1. Prep
    1. Grate Cucumbers and toss with salt. Let drain 5 minutes. Squeeze excess liquid out with a tea towel.
    2. Mince garlic
  2. Make Sauce
    1. Combine garlic, white vinegar and olive oil in a bowl.
    2. Add cucumber, yogurt and white pepper and mix.
    3. Marinate for a couple of hours.
