English cucumber (about 3/4 of a whole)

Extra virgin olive oil

Greek Yogurt

Black Pepper
Prep
Grate Cucumbers and toss with salt. Let drain 5 minutes. Squeeze excess liquid out with a tea towel.
Mince garlic
Make Sauce
Combine garlic, white vinegar and olive oil in a bowl.
Add cucumber, yogurt and white pepper and mix.
Marinate for a couple of hours.
