Yogurt Feta Sauce

1 cup Greek yogurt
½ cup Feta
1 ea Lemon
1 tbsp Olive oil
¼ cup Kalamata olives
2 tbsp Dill
1 ea Garlic clove
1 tsp Oregano
  1. Prep
    1. Crumble feta to peppercorn size
    2. Juice and zest the lemon
    3. Mince the olives to a paste
    4. Mince the garlic to a paste
    5. Mince the fresh dill
  2. Cook
    1. Combine lemon juice and olive oil and whisk
    2. Add yogurt, olives, garlic, dill, lemon zest, and oregano and whisk
    3. Fold in feta
    4. Salt to taste (feta may be enough)
