xxBaharat Chicken over Wilted Kale
| Qty | Unit | Ingredient |
| 2 | ea | Chicken thighs |
| 4 | cloves | Garlic |
| 3 | cup | Kale (100 g) |
| ½ | tsp | Baharat Spice Blend |
Serve with Tzatziki Cucumber Salad. Make first so it has time to marinade a bit.
Prep
Pad Chicken thighs dry and season with Baharat, salt, and pepper.
Shred Kale
Slice Garlic thin
Chicken Thighs
Brown chicken thighs in pan (2 minutes a side) then cook, flipping, until done.
Set aside to rest
Wilted Kale
Start with a cool pan. Add some oil and heat over medium heat
Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds
Add Kale and 1 tbsp water and cook until Kale is just wilted.
Serve chicken over the wilted kale.
