| 1 | tbsp | Tumeric spice blend (granulated garlic, tumeric, ground ginger) |
| 1 | tbsp | Chili sauce (sambal oelek) to taste |
Serve with Cucumber Cabbage Salad
- Prep
- Clean and dry the chicken
- Season with spices and chili sauce in a bowl, and let marinate for a few minutes
- Cook
- In a hot oiled pan cook for 3 to 4 minutes on a side until fully cooked
