Chicken Marbella

| 2 | ea | Chicken thighs (5 oz ea) |
| 3 | ea | Garlic cloves |
| 1 | tbsp | Capers |
| 2 | tbsp | Red wine vinegar |
| 1 | tbsp | Honey |
| ½ | cup | White wine |
| 5 | ea | Dates (40 g) |
| ½ | tbsp | Oregano |
| ½ | cup | Green olives (60 g) |
| 1 | tbsp | Butter |
| 1 | ea | Radicchio (170 g) |
Prep
Chop garlic
Mix vinegar and honey
Chop dates into small pieces
Cut green olives in half
Cut radicchio into quarters
Cook
Fry the chicken whole for about 4 minutes (2 minutes per side). Put on a plate to cool
In same pan (add oil if needed), add garlic and capers and cook for about 1 minute
Dice chicken.
Add chicken, juices, vinegar mixture, dates, oregano, and wine. Cook until chicken is done and sauce thickens (3 to 5 minutes)
Remove from heat. Add olives and butter. Cover to keep warm.
Fry radicchio for about 2 minutes per side (6 minutes; 2 cut sides and outside)
