Creamy Mustard Vinaigrette

| ¼ | cup | Red or white wine vinegar |
| 1 | tbsp | Dijon mustard |
| 1 | tbsp | Honey |
| ½ | tsp | Salt |
| ½ | ea | Garlic clove |
| ½ | cup | Neutral oil |
| 2 | tbsp | Extra virgin olive oil |
- Cook
- Pulse vinegar, mustard, honey, salt, and garlic clove in blender.
- Drizzle in neutral oil and olive oil.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper
