!Fig Agrodolce

| ¼ | ea | Onion (about ¼ cup thinly sliced) |
| 5 | ea | Figs |
| ¼ | cup | Balsamic vinegar |
| 1 | tsp | Arrowroot powder |
Prep
Slice onion into thin strips about one inch long
Dice figs
Add vinegar to figs and set aside to hydrate a bit
Cook
Cook onion in a little oil until soft
Mix arrowroot with the fig-vinegar sauce and add to pan
Cook until it thickens (1 to 2 minutes)
