Ginger-Nectarine Slaw

Qty Unit Ingredient
cup Shredded cabbage (95 g)
2 ea Celery ribs (90 g)
3 ea Scallions (45 g)
1 ea Serrano chili
1 tsp Minced ginger (14 g)
1 ea Nectarine (95 g whole)
1 tbsp Lime Juice (½ a lime)
½ tsp Fennel seed
  1. Prep
    1. Shred the cabbage
    2. Slice celery ribs into thin pieces
    3. Slice the scallions into thin pieces
    4. Slice the chili into thin pieces
    5. Mince ginger
    6. Cut nectarine into thin pieces
    7. Juice the lime
    8. Rough chop the fennel seed
  2. Cook
    1. Combine lime juice and 2 tbsp oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Shake to emulsify.
    2. Combine cabbage, celery, scallions, chili, ginger, nectarine, dressing, and fennel and toss to coat
