Honey Harissa Pork Chops

| 2 | ea | 5 oz Pork chops |
| 1 | tbsp | Spices (granulated garlic, harissa, smoked paprika, sugar, and salt) |
| ⅓ | cup | Honey |
Serve with Moroccan Chard and Chickpeas
Prep
Mix the spices with the honey to make a glaze
Cook
Fry in an oiled pan for 3 to 4 minutes on a side.
Brush on the glaze and flip glaze side down for 1 minutes. Repeat on other side.
