Honey Harissa Pork Chops

2 Servings
Qty Unit Ingredient
2 ea 5 oz Pork chops
1 tbsp Spices (granulated garlic, harissa, smoked paprika, sugar, and salt)
cup Honey

Serve with Moroccan Chard and Chickpeas

  1. Prep
    1. Mix the spices with the honey to make a glaze
  2. Cook
    1. Fry in an oiled pan for 3 to 4 minutes on a side.
    2. Brush on the glaze and flip glaze side down for 1 minutes. Repeat on other side.
