Jicama Citris Salad

| ¼ | ea | Savoy cabbage (245 g) |
| 1 | small | Jicama (380 g) |
| 1 | ea | Orange |
| 4 | tbsp | Mint |
| 2 | tbsp | Lime juice (2 limes) |
| 1½ | cup | Julienned Carrot (125 g) |
Prep
Slice cabbage into short ribbons
Cut jicama into thin, wide bite-sized strips
Peel and cut orange into bite sized pieces
Remove mint stems and rough chop the leaves
Juice the limes
Julienne the carrots
Cook
Heat some oil in a pan
Cook cabbage, jicama, and carrot to 2 to 3 minutes (until just crisp-tender)
Put cabbage mixture in bowl and add orange, mint, and lime juice.
Add salt to taste and toss
