Lemon Caper Pork Piccata

Qty Unit Ingredient
2 ea Pork chops (6 oz ea)

Serve with Lemon Caper Pan Sauce and Spicy Zucchini with Wilted Kale.

  1. Prep
    1. Dry pork chops and season with salt and pepper
  2. Cook
    1. In a hot, lightly oiled pan cook the chops until just done (2 to 3 minutes per side)
    2. Set aside to rest for 5 minutes
    3. Add juices back to pan and prepare Lemon Caper Pan Sauce.
