Lemon Garlic Dressing

- Prep
- Mince garlic
- Zest and juice lemon
- Cook
- Combine garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, mustard, and oil and whisk until an emulsion forms.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and whisk again.
