~Lemon Garlic Dressing

| 1 | tsp | Salt (to taste) |
| 1 | tsp | Black pepper |
| 1 | tsp | Ground mustard |
| ¾ | cup | Olive oil |
- Prep
- Mince garlic
- Zest and juice lemon
- Cook
- Combine garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, mustard, and oil and whisk until an emulsion forms.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and whisk again.
