Marrakech Merguez Patties

Qty Unit Ingredient
10 oz Ground beef
2 tbsp Spices (fennel seeds, paprika, granulated garlic, cumin, coriander)
1 tbsp Cilantro
1 tbsp Bread crumbs (as needed)

Serve with Warm Carrot Tahini Arugula Salad.

  1. Prep
    1. Mince cilantro
  2. Cook
    1. Break the beef down into chunks in a bowl
    2. Add spices and cilantro and mix gently.
    3. Add breadcrumbs as necessary to adjust consistency.
    4. Form patties and cook, 2 to 4 minutes a side
