Mediterranean Broccoli

2 Servings
Qty Unit Ingredient
2 med Broccoli crowns (or brocollini) (200 g)
1 cup Artichoke hearts
½ ea Red bell pepper
¼ cup Kalamata Olives
4 tbsp Lemon Garlic Dressing
  1. Prep
    1. Chop the broccoli into large bite size pieces
    2. Chop the artichoke into chunks
    3. Cut the bell pepper into chunks
    4. Slice olives in half
  2. Cook
    1. Brown the broccoli in a hot, oiled pan for 2 to 3 minutes
    2. Add the artichoke, bell pepper, and olives and brown for 2 to 3 minutes
    3. Season with salt and pepper
    4. Serve with dressing
