Mediterranean Broccoli
| Qty | Unit | Ingredient |
| 2 | med | Broccoli crowns (or brocollini) (200 g) |
| 1 | cup | Artichoke hearts |
| ½ | ea | Red bell pepper |
| ¼ | cup | Kalamata Olives |
| 4 | tbsp | Lemon Garlic Dressing |
Prep
Chop the broccoli into large bite size pieces
Chop the artichoke into chunks
Cut the bell pepper into chunks
Slice olives in half
Cook
Brown the broccoli in a hot, oiled pan for 2 to 3 minutes
Add the artichoke, bell pepper, and olives and brown for 2 to 3 minutes
Season with salt and pepper
Serve with dressing
