Moroccan Salmon

2 Servings
Qty Unit Ingredient
2 ea Salmon steaks (6 oz each)
1 tbsp Spices (coriander, cumin, smoked paprika)
2 tbsp Parsley

Serve with Tomato Spinach Lentils.

  1. Prep
    1. Dry salmon and season with salt, pepper, and spices
    2. Mince the parsley
  2. Cook
    1. Cook salmon, skin side down, in a hot oiled pan. 2 to 4 minutes on first side, 1 to 2 minutes on second (to desired doneness).
