Moroccan Salmon

| 2 | ea | Salmon steaks (6 oz each) |
| 1 | tbsp | Spices (coriander, cumin, smoked paprika) |
| 2 | tbsp | Parsley |
Serve with Tomato Spinach Lentils.
Prep
Dry salmon and season with salt, pepper, and spices
Mince the parsley
Cook
Cook salmon, skin side down, in a hot oiled pan. 2 to 4 minutes on first side, 1 to 2 minutes on second (to desired doneness).
