2 ea Salmon steaks (6 oz each)
1 tbsp Spices (coriander, cumin, smoked paprika)
2 tbsp Parsley

Serve with Tomato Spinach Lentils.

160 g Red lentils
¼ ea Onion
1 small Carrot
1 small Celery rib
1 tbsp Tomato paste
1 cup Fire roasted tomatoes
3 cups Spinach (110 g)
