Olive-Shallot Tapenade

2 Servings
Qty Unit Ingredient
8 ea Kalamata olives (¼ cup, 20 g)
½ cup Fried Shallots
1 ea Lemon
1 tsp Fresh oregano
2 tbsp Olive oil
  1. Prep
    1. Mince the olives into a paste
    2. Mince the shallots until they are fine (like sand or bread crumbs)
    3. Zest the lemon
    4. Mince the Oregano
  2. Cook
    1. Combine the olives, shallots, lemon zest, oregano, and olive oil into a paste.
    2. Let stand until the shallots absorb some of the liquids.
