Pork Chops with Fig Agrodolce

Serve with Carraway Cabbage.
- Prep
- Dry and season pork chops with salt and pepper
- Cook
- Fry in a hot oiled pan for 6 to 8 minutes until just done
- Let rest for 5 to 10 minutes and serve with agrodolce on top
