Pork Chops with Fig Agrodolce

2 Servings
Qty Unit Ingredient
2 ea Pork chops (6 oz ea)
½ cup Fig Agrodolce

Serve with Carraway Cabbage.

  1. Prep
    1. Dry and season pork chops with salt and pepper
  2. Cook
    1. Fry in a hot oiled pan for 6 to 8 minutes until just done
    2. Let rest for 5 to 10 minutes and serve with agrodolce on top
