Provençal Vegetables

Qty Unit Ingredient
2 cups Snap peas (210 g)
1 ea Crookneck squash (180 g)
1 cup Grape tomatoes (175 g)

Serve with seared salmon steaks and Chimichurri Sauce.

  1. Prep
    1. Cut squash into quarter inch rounds
    2. Cut tomatoes in half
  2. Cook
    1. Add snap peas, squash, and tomatoes to a hot oiled pan
    2. Season with salt and pepper
    3. Brown and cook for 4 to 6 minutes
