Roasted Sole with Olive-Shallot Tapenade

| 8 | ea | Kalamata olives (¼ cup, 20 g) |
| ½ | cup | Fried Shallots |
| 1 | ea | Lemon |
| 1 | tsp | Fresh oregano |
| 2 | tbsp | Olive oil |
