| ⅓ | cup | Sherry vinegar |
| ½ | cup | Olive Oil |
| 1 | tsp | salt |
| 1 | ea | Garlic clove |
| 2 | tsp | Dried oregano |
| ½ | tsp | Pepper |
- Cook
- Mince garlic fine
- Combine vinegar, oil, garlic and spices and shake well to emulsify.
