Sole With Toasted Pepitas

| 2 | ea | Sole filets (5 oz each) |
| ⅓ | cup | Pepitas (35 g) |
| 1 | tbsp | Sazon Seasoning (coriander, cumin, tumeric, garlic powder, salt, oregano, pepper) |
Serve with Warm Carrot Salad.
Prep
Dry the fish and season with salt, pepper and sazon seasoning
Rough chop the pepitas
Cook
Toast the pepitas in a dry pan until lightly browned (1 to 2 minutes) and set aside
Fry the sole in a lightly greased pan for 3 to 4 minutes
