Sole With Toasted Pepitas

2 Servings
Qty Unit Ingredient
2 ea Sole filets (5 oz each)
cup Pepitas (35 g)
1 tbsp Sazon Seasoning (coriander, cumin, tumeric, garlic powder, salt, oregano, pepper)

Serve with Warm Carrot Salad.

  1. Prep
    1. Dry the fish and season with salt, pepper and sazon seasoning
    2. Rough chop the pepitas
  2. Cook
    1. Toast the pepitas in a dry pan until lightly browned (1 to 2 minutes) and set aside
    2. Fry the sole in a lightly greased pan for 3 to 4 minutes
