Spicy Zucchini with Wilted Kale

| 3 | ea | Garlic cloves |
| 1 | ea | Zucchini (160 g) |
| 4 | cups | Kale (135 g) |
| 1 | tbsp | Capers |
| 1 | tsp | Pepper flakes |
Prep
Rough chop garlic
Cut zucchini into quarter inch thick rounds
Remove kale stems and chop into small pieces. Chiffonade leaves.
Cook
Cook garlic for about 30 seconds in a well oiled pan.
Add zucchini and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
Add Kale, capers, and a little water and cook, covered for 2 to 3 minutes (stirring occasionally) until kale is wilted.
Remove lid and cook until water is mostly removed and kale is soft
Toss with red pepper flakes
