Zucchini Pork Patties

| ½ | tsp | Granulated garlic |
| ½ | tsp | Coriander |
| ½ | tsp | Cumin |
| 1 | ea | Egg |
| ¼ | cup | Bread crumbs |
| ¼ | cup | Tahini Dressing |
Suggested Side: Black Eyed Pea Salad
Prep
Grate zucchini. Squeeze out excess liquid using a tea towel.
Mince Scallions
Zest lemon
Make spice blend from granulated garlic, coriander, and cumin
Cook
Combine shredded zucchini, minced scallions, lemon zest, ground pork, spices, and egg. Add breadcrumbs until egg is absorbed.
Refrigerate for 10 to 20 minutes.
Form into 2 patties.
Cook patties 4 to 6 minutes on a side.
Serve
