A bunch of "Children of Desma" (swallows and butterflies) are released.

OfficerThom runs into a neighboring family (from his family's farm).

    - OfficerThom kills one.

    - OfficerThom runs up and shield bashes/slashes (kills)
    - I run over and kill the one attacking a woman
    - KymirAldorn casts a spell but it backfires (loses his arcane armor)
    - HarugulWoodfang Shoots at one and hits.

    - I hold for more goblins
    - Goblins
      - Unshake and attack
      - A new one appears and shoots at WhisperTheRatCatcher (he ducks behind a cart)
    - KymirAldorn throws a glowing ball and kills one
    - HarugulWoodfang charges and attacks one with handaxes killing it.
    - WhisperTheRatcatcher hits, but has little effect

    - KymirAldorn shoots a bolt, killing one.
    - Goblins
      - ...
    - WhisperTheRatCatcher kills the one on the cart.
    - I get people inside a building and guard the door.
    - OfficerThom runs up and stabs one with his spear, killing it.
    - HarugulWoodfang bludgeons the mage with the back of his axe, stunning it.
    - Goblin mage stabs HarugulWoodfang

      - Hit OfficerThom (no effect)
    - HarugulWoodfang hits, no effect.
    - KymirAldorn bolts one and wounds it
    - OfficerThom destroys one.
    - WhisperTheRatCatcher sneaks around and knocks the mage out with his sap
    - I yell out that the Mayor is inside the building.

OfficerThom climbs up and views the battlefield.  He finds a badly wounded man.

I run over and heal him (takes 10 minutes).

Meanwhile, the other drag the bodies into a heap, and move the captured mage.

We hear cries for help.  The Father takes over the patient and we run towards the cries.
